An immersion in elemental wisdom
This 150-hour Teacher Training is a complete immersion into Yin Yoga as taught through the lens of Classical Chinese Medicine. Over 18 days in the wisdom of Koh Phangan, you will study the meridian system, the philosophy of Yin/Yang, and the Five Elements as living seasons of the body.
You will leave with the depth to teach Yin Yoga not as a stretching practice but as a doorway into healing — yours, and your students'. Yoga Alliance certified RYT 150, with full credit toward RYT 500.
